Motivation Mindset Moves Mountains

First of all... I was WAAAAY too harsh on myself, 4 years ago!! Lol

Second...not much has changed! The main difference is that my mindset changed and continues to change!

I just love WHO I am now!

I took this picture after coming out of a lonely depression. I said “if I work out it will get the blood flowing to my brain and I’ll feel better”...shortly after, something sparked my mind and I decided I wanted to be a dance fitness instructor! Looked up #Zumba trainings and got certified a month and a half later! The saga continues....


I’m just happy to finally be in a position where I can help others! I’m finding passion in helping others achieve their goals and adapt into #FitLife
